Sounthone Voraraj
Sounthone serves as a vice chair of the advisory council of the San Diego Police Department for the Indo-Chinese Storefront and is a Neighborhood Watch captain. He is a highly-respected leader in the Laotian community. He promotes parent involvement in education and the Laotian culture. He contributes to community improvement through volunteering for home improvement, working to eliminate gang activity, and setting an example for young people in the community to follow.
