William and Maxcine Stephens
For more than 40 years, the Stephens have been involved in programs promoting cultural pride, cultural harmony, and community building. They have been active in the leadership and development of the Elementary Institute of Science, as well as participants in neighborhood clean-up programs and their Neighborhood Council.
